Garage Brain Science (GBS) is a biotechnology company focused on proteopathy—diseases driven by abnormal protein folding, condensation, and aggregation. Our mission is to enable earlier, actionable management of protein-misfolding disorders across neurodegeneration (e.g., ALS, Parkinson’s) and metabolic disease, including diabetes.

Powered by our proprietary Disease Origin™ platform, we integrate biofluid protein signals with LLPS-informed pathway analysis to detect and stratify early pathophysiological risk. These insights support the development of our investigational approach, Reprofold®, designed to help restore proteostasis and cellular function.
